Understanding our exchange policies and procedures for products.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Within the Eligible Exchange Period: You can request an exchange for a product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Unused and in Original Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Products Eligible for Exchange: Certain products may not be eligible for exchange due to health and safety regulations or other reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and clearance or final sale items.

Exchange Process

Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support team [+91-72320 55559] to request an exchange. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you wish to exchange the product.

Receive Exchange Authorization: Once your request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with an exchange authorization code and further instructions.

Return the Product: Package the product securely and include a copy of the original invoice and the exchange authorization code. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

New Product Shipment: Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will process the exchange. If the product is in the required condition, we will ship the replacement product to you. The shipping cost for the exchanged item will be covered by Hotel Buddy.

Exclusions

We do not offer exchanges for items not meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if we suspect abuse of this policy.
