Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 5 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Used Blankets, Teared Out Material, products like Single Bedsheet, Personalized or customized items, Perishable goods.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +91-72320 55559 within the eligible return period. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as when an item is not in its original condition or if parts of the product are missing.
Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, you may return the unwanted item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
