How dispatch, freight, delivery estimates, receipt and transit claims work for Hotel Buddy B2B orders.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
Service area and freight
Hotel Buddy supplies hospitality buyers across India and may support export enquiries subject to confirmation. Freight, insurance, unloading, local entry charges and taxes are shown in the accepted quotation or communicated before dispatch where applicable.
Lead time and dispatch
Dispatch estimates depend on stock, quantity, branding, production and payment clearance. Dates are estimates until confirmed. Split shipments may be used for multi-line orders after buyer approval.
Delivery information
The buyer must provide a complete deliverable address, contact person, phone number, tax details and any site-access or unloading instructions. Re-delivery, storage or address-correction costs caused by incomplete information may be charged to the buyer.
Receipt and inspection
Count packages and note visible damage or shortage on the carrier proof of delivery before signing. Report a claim within 48 hours with the order number, package labels and photographs or an unpacking video so the carrier and supplier can be notified promptly.
Risk and failed delivery
Risk transfers according to the delivery terms in the accepted quotation. If delivery fails because the site is closed, access is unavailable or the consignee refuses an otherwise conforming shipment, reasonable re-delivery and storage costs may apply.
